Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about our philosophy of care, receive a complete examination, and find out what treatment options will best meet your needs. During your first visit, we will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Provide a complete oral examination, with x-rays, to determine your current state of health
- Work with you to create a customized treatment plan
- Discuss all financial commitments, insurance options and time frames

Scheduling Appointments
Maintaining consistent dental check-ups is an important part of your overall health. Our practice will work with you to make sure that your appointments are as convenient as possible. When scheduling appointments, please let us know what days and times work best for you.
