Nicole
Patient Liaison
Nicole has been working in the dental field since 2015. She attended George Brown College, attaining her Dental Assisting program Levels I & II, graduating with Honours in 2008. By the time she finished her education she knew she was on the right path.
Dipping her toes into dental administration in 2015, Nicole realized she was drawn to the front desk. She looks forward to new smiles walking in every day and aims to ensure everyone is taken care of to the highest possible standard. Patients can rely on Nicole to provide not only a clear explanation of their treatment plan, but also fast submission of claims and estimates to their insurance companies so that their reimbursement is received in a timely fashion.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys getting her nails done, spending time with her young twin nieces, shopping, travelling, and cheese!
Jillian
Patient Liaison
Jillian attended the University of Toronto and acquired her Specialist with Honours in English, along with a minor in Cinema & Literature. She then obtained her Masters in American Literature in 2014.
She believes in creating a courteous patient atmosphere that she herself would like to be treated in — if a patient is at ease in their dental office, the more likely they are to take part and keep on track with their treatment plan.
Jillian has competed in the Toronto Women’s Run Series for POGO (Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario) since 2013, and has completed many races, including her first half marathon in 2015. When she is not on the track, Jillian enjoys watching anything and everything on the Food Network, and transferring it into her own kitchen. Jillian also enjoys coffee, music, her dog and cat, travelling, organization, and getting to the subway platform just as her train arrives.
Lianne
Dental Hygienist
Lianne graduated from the University of Toronto in 2007, completing an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Human Biology and Art History. The dental field seemed a fitting option to merge her interests in both art and science, and so Lianne pursued a diploma in dental hygiene at George Brown College from 2008 to 2010. She has been helping her patients maintain their smiles ever since!
Lianne enjoys working with people of all ages, but certainly has a soft spot for our younger patients, encouraging them to build healthy habits right from their very first tooth. She also works diligently to help make everyone’s dental hygiene experience as positive as possible – especially for those whose nerves can get the best of them.
When she is not in the office, you can find her busy working towards her diploma in Health Informatics at McMaster University, and planning her next overseas adventure with her husband Tristan.

Alana
Dental Hygienist
Alana graduated from Sociology at Western University, where she wanted to pursue a career working with people and enrolled in the dental hygiene program at Aplus Institute. She has been in dentistry since 2019, and loving every minute of it. Her goal is to empower patients with knowledge so they will care for their oral health.
Alana loves cooking, fitness, and talking about her dogs.
Tiffany
Certified Dental Assistant
Tiffany immigrated to Canada at the age of five with her family from Guyana. She became interested in the dental field around the same time, as she had an amazing dentist who was extremely personable and encouraged her to pursue a career in the dental field. Fulfilling her dream, Tiffany graduated from a dental administrative assistant program in 2015 and the Level II Dental Assistant program in 2016. She enjoys spending her days at Mint Dental serving our diverse community and meeting so many interesting people.
At home, Tiffany has an adorable Chihuahua-terrier named Zoe. She enjoys swimming, reading, and yoga. A few of her hobbies include sketching, nail art, and gardening.
Denisha
Certified Dental Assistant
Starting her career in the dental field in 2010, Denisha brought with her eight years of thorough experience when joining the Mint Dental team in 2018. She works alongside Drs. Little and Starkman during procedures and helps maintain our equipment and stock. Denisha admires our doctors’ dedication to patients’ wellbeing over everything else. She enjoys coming to work every day to see the relief and gratitude on our patients’ faces after a positive dental visit.
Denisha is a distance runner since the age of ten. She is also artistic by nature, so she enjoys crafts and is a bit of an alchemist when it comes to spices and cooking. She has five godchildren who keep her very busy as well.
